Items are sent within 10 to 15 working days of purchase.
Upon purchase, you will receive:
- The physical sensors
- Detailed manuals and documentation
- Custom provisional key(s)
- One hour of free support per customer*
Additional information and assumptions:
The NEON Temperature Sensor is only permitted to operate within the correct frequency band for the respective region (868MHz within Europe). TWTG will not be responsible if the wrong sensor has been purchased, which is not compatible with the regional frequencies to be used.
The customer will be responsible for the LoRa Network, including LoRa gateways, LoRa network server and data visualisation via a dashboard and/or, integration into the back-end system.
The customer will take responsibility for the implementation, commissioning, and mounting of the NEON Temperature Sensor.
TWTG will deliver products, which have been thoroughly tested and certified. Should for any reason a device be faulty on arrival, then we will replace it within 14 days of receipt. Any other damages or deteriorations due to erroneous usage cannot be claimed for by the recipient.
